How fast can we start and how long will it take?
Small projects start within 1–2 weeks; larger renos typically 2–4 weeks from final selections. Bathrooms average 1–3 weeks, kitchens 2–5 weeks, basements 4–10 weeks depending on scope and inspections.
Do you help with design and material selections?
Yes. We refine layout, elevations, and finishes so the result looks intentional—warm woods, stone/tile, and modern-rustic details that photograph beautifully.
What about permits and inspections?
We advise what requires a permit (structural, plumbing, electrical, egress). If permits are needed, we prepare drawings or coordinate with your designer/engineer and build to code.
How do payments work?
Simple stages: deposit to schedule, progress draws at milestones, and a final payment at completion after punch-list sign-off.
Do you provide warranties?
